Counselling supports overall well-being by addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of health, offering a holistic approach to healing that benefits everyone. Our services are designed to assist with a wide range of issues, helping individuals improve both mind and body.
My approach is compassionate, integrative and mindful.
Each story is different but equally important, so I am a true believer in the idea that most of us could benefit from the counselling process. We take care of the body to nourish or train it, we care for the mind to educate or feed it with knowledge, and we should also care for the soul to create space for selfcare and foster authentic connections.
I’m looking forward to working with you and I am grateful that you allow me to walk the walk next to you!
Irina
