You do not need a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy or chiropractic care. Most extended health plans will cover most or all of the costs of treatment. We direct bill to all major insurers. First Appointments are for patients new to the clinic, if you’re returning to the clinic for a new issue please book at least a 45 min Treatment.

ICBC - We are an authorized ICBC vendor. ICBC covers all costs for initial assessments. If you have a valid ICBC claim you are automatically approved for 25 Physiotherapy Visits, 12 Active Rehab Visits and 25 Chiropractic Visits within the first 12 weeks (3 months) from the date of your accident. For optimal recovery it is best to get therapy started as soon as possible. ICBC currently pays $89 toward 30 min subsequent physiotherapy treatment visits and $59 toward 20 min subsequent Chiropractic visits.

WorkSafeBC - All treatment costs are covered with an accepted claim.

Our certified personal trainers are experts in health and fitness. They also work alongside our physiotherapists to help maximize your recovery. We offer one-on-one training, as well as group classes (bookings with Icon).

Recently moving to Vancouver after spending the past 5 years overseas studying and practicing chiropractic Taylor adds her own unique combination of skills to her chiropractic appointments.

Having a strong foundation of sport Taylor has always kept active swimming, playing hockey and dancing throughout her life. In her youth she gained an interest in strength training as a supplement to her activities and to improve performance.

Being passionate about improving mind-body connection, building strength and resilience as well as decreasing pain and limitations Taylor moulds both manual hands-on-care with functional movement so that you can get well and stay well.

Every body is unique and understanding each individuals story helps determine the appropriate form of treatment required and most importantly each person leaves their appointments feeling in control of their health.

Continuing education is important and Taylor has done additional training in Sports Chiropractic, Pregnancy and Neuro-Fascial Release. She uses a range of techniques including manual adjustments, low-force adjustments, soft/connective tissue releases and nervous system reset.

Teryn qualified as a Physiotherapist from UBC after developing a firm understanding of the body through a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Physiology at the University of Calgary. Her early years in the world of private practice physiotherapy left her with many questions which pushed her to pursue further studies. In 2014, she completed a post-graduate Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland in Australia. After completing her studies she incorporated research assistant and clinical education work around Australia along-side her clinical work.

During her studies, Teryn developed a passion for treating neck-related problems including headaches, neck-related dizziness and concussions. She treats these injuries with a focussed hands-on approach and active rehabilitation. Her aim is to help her patients overcome their injuries and get back to living their best life using a combination of manual therapy, dry-needling, oculomotor training, education and targeted exercise prescription.

In addition to working in the clinic, Teryn was able to combine her passion for physio and Ultimate Frisbee while working with Australian teams at the World Beach Ultimate Championships in France 2017.

Leah completed both her Master of Physical Therapy degree and her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba. Leah believes in utilizing evidence-based practice to guide all of her assessments and treatments by using a combination of manual therapy (hands-on) techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education. With her background in Kinesiology and experience as a personal trainer, she takes an active approach when appropriate to help foster return to work, sport, and life. As a keen learner, Leah has continued her post-graduate education. She has completed her IMS (dry needling), acupuncture, Ortho Levels 1, 2, and 3 under The Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic Division, management of the older adult, soft tissue release, and concussion management. Tiffany graduated from McGill University with her Master of Science (Applied) in Physical Therapy and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Commerce at the University of British Columbia. Tiffany is a strong believer in using evidence-informed practice to help her patients and will consider the various aspects of each individual’s life in order to provide patient-specific care. Tiffany performs hands-on care, teaches you exercises, and provides education regarding your body. Tiffany can speak Mandarin at a limited working proficiency and is fluent in English for both oral and written communication.

Tiffany has an interest in pelvic health and she’s further developed her skills in order to offer pelvic floor rehabilitation to patients. She’s performed a research study on pelvic health and mentorship as well as investigated health promotion in adults. She has presented research findings at multiple conferences too.

When Tiffany isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, hiking, walking her dog, and baking. You can also find her soaking in the sun whenever she gets the chance!

Fun fact: Tiffany was originally a patient of Dacia’s during her Bachelor’s degree, and this sparked her interest in becoming a physiotherapist.

Roger graduated with a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He places great value in tailoring therapy so it is patient centred and delivering the highest quality of service. He has a keen interest in exercise focused physiotherapy, based on the latest clinical research which he combines in his one on one treatment sessions. He is also skilled in dry needling and myofascial cupping techniques. He is fluent in both English and Cantonese. Outside of the clinic he has experience in boxing and a regular gym goer with extensive knowledge on weight training. Having to rehab himself from injuries sustained in martial arts, he has the personal experience of specialized rehab and returning to sports post-injury.

Dacia graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004, with a degree in Physical Therapy and has been working in sports and orthopaedic private practice since graduation. She has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries related to the neck and back; injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, repetitive strain or traumatic work injuries; in addition to athletic injuries and symptoms related to postural dysfunction and muscle imbalances. Having completed her Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 2008, Dacia utilizes her high level manual therapy skills of assessment and treatment in practice. Her approach is patient centered, combining manual therapy, patient education, and specific exercise prescription to assist each patient reach their goals. Dacia has also been involved as a Clinical Skills Assistant with the Master’s Program at UBC. Dacia is mother to two boys and one girl, who keep her very active. She enjoys swimming, running, biking, yoga, skiing and working out in the gym. Having studied classical piano until the age of 18, Dacia continues to keep music as a central aspect to her life, in composing, singing, and playing various musical genres on the piano.
